Christians in our day rightly emphasize the birth, life, Crucifixion, death, and Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ – but strangely, we often overlook the importance of His Ascension. And yet Jesus thought it was so important that He told His followers, “It is to your advantage that I go away." What is the significance of the Lord’s Ascension into heaven for every Christian?
