Daniel 9:20-29

People foolishly turn to fortune tellers, horoscopes, and astrology to find out about the future – but Daniel turned to the Lord in fervent prayer, confession of sin, and intense petition and intercession for his nation, and the Lord gave him wisdom, understanding, and insight concerning future events. Our prayer lives should reflect Daniel's spirit of humility, repentance, and intercession.
